Pros

Base pay is in alignment with median pay that I’m aware of for my position. Nothing great, nothing awful. Bonus is ok at 10% Some employees are eligible for stock bonus is 25% which is good.

Cons

Company used to pay for full family health insurance which was great. That has now been stripped away and they only pay for employee coverage. They don’t seem to value ‘working families anymore’ Company has moved to a strict nanny state "flexible" work environment. It used to be truly flexible without tracking and people could come and go as they and their manager please. They are now implementing a new policy in which they actively track employees where they have to be in office 3x a week. Even if you take off vacation for two days in the week - you have to be in office those other 3 days. They are not allowing for any deviation from the policy for any employees. Managers do not have any say and ability in deviating from the policy. To boot, many offices don’t have enough desks for how many staff are assigned to the office. If you aren’t in office the required 3x a week, you lose out on 20% of your bonus and are subject to termination. If an employee wants a waiver to work less than 3 days per week, they have to submit a request for that week which has to be approved by your line level manager – much like a time off request. The company very clearly values those who just show their face vs doing actual work and work product. They are disguising this as a “we want to enhance collaboration across business lines” even though many business lines have absolutely nothing to cross collaborate with. This policy also seems to unfairly effect employees who have families. By reducing the flexibility that has historically made raising a family while working here easier – yet again, it appears the company does not value working families. If you have or plan to have a family and want to be subject to someone in HR tracking you going into and out of an office vs your manager allowing you to work were/when is best for you and the department. The power has been stripped out from having managers actually be able to manage their employee’s work in favor of some overarching sweeping mandate driven by Upper Management (who are often remote and also don’t frequently work in the office). All of this is coming on the back of the company expecting (without explicitly stating it) that they expect you to work well north of 45 hours of week – week in and week out, while also losing out on the flexibility they once had available working from home/remote.

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

Pros

There are some very smart, very strong team members. However, those individuals are leaving in droves.

Cons

The executive leadership team, especially Carsten have lost their way. Increasing demands on staff, while cutting team staffing across all functions, forcing 5 days in office without thinking through a plan and how it will effect families, and lack of raises the last few years has created a very stressed and overworked culture. This company has fully shifted into an "appease the shareholders" phase of cost cutting, do more with less phase which is having a large effect on the quality of talent. There is a constant shift of senior leadership with changing priorities when the actual fix to most problems are to just add low level staff to do work. This place is overrun with Sr leaders demanding KPI/KRI updates, sitting in meetings, and not much time spent doing actual work.
