-Company has started positioning itself to be purchased in next few quarters. -Revolving door of employees has caught everyone's attention. -No coherent roadmap, as leadership is mostly focused only on their exit deals, not anything/anyone else. -Very very cheap leadership. Pay your own (eg no phones issued and no reimbursement for using your own), poor benefits. -There is a distinct cultural separation of groups, again leaderships inability to bring employees together is very evident.
