      If you like the sound of working in an unprofessional, tyrannical environment with no freedom to do anything but what you're told, you should work here. If not, stay away.

      Pros

      Young and innovative company. Nice people.

      Cons

      Very L—O—N—G working hours. 10-12 hour a day is the standard there. They have no problem to fire your 4$$ w/o ANY heads up upfront.

      Pros

      The tech is nice, although not as dynamic as one thinks. Any devops team worth their salaries are able to replicate.

      Cons

      -Company has started positioning itself to be purchased in next few quarters. -Revolving door of employees has caught everyone's attention. -No coherent roadmap, as leadership is mostly focused only on their exit deals, not anything/anyone else. -Very very cheap leadership. Pay your own (eg no phones issued and no reimbursement for using your own), poor benefits. -There is a distinct cultural separation of groups, again leaderships inability to bring employees together is very evident.
