-The Salary is not up to standard for the amount of work / travel you are expected to do.
-There is little to no growth opportunity. Management and leadership is saturated with work veterans 7-11 years at the company.
-Witnessed Leadership lay off employees that were amazing at their job, and "take over" their position by handing off their workload to subordinates while taking a higher pay. This happened many many times over the course of the 2 years I was with the company.
-Unrealistic expectations and goals you will be penalized (not paid accordingly) for not meeting. Most goals set are out of your control on completing.
-Do not expect any sort of yearly raise at this job.
