Pros

* hires talented engineers * loved working with my team * liked my managers for the most part * nice office in downtown Chi * supportive of employees during Covid

Cons

* CTO is a huge creep.not surprising to hear he sexually harasses female employees but surprised to see that they kept him on * lots of fires and late night pages *no time to fix problems causing fires

A goal and data-driven company that clearly sets role expectations. At SpotHero, they helped me not only succeed in my role but also in my career. Also, an amazing work-life balance.

free lunch when working in office

Cons

Customer hero (service) employees were outsourced to non english speaking countries to cut costs/pay employees less. Management expects you to constantly do things outside of what you're trained to do due to staff shortages and policy changes. Training was lackluster. Passive aggressive and pretentious (in-office) work environment.
