Pros

I’ve been at SpotOn for 7 years and counting — and for good reason. This company is more than a paycheck; it’s a place built on loyalty, partnership, and real opportunities to make an impact. You’ll have bad days (it’s work, after all), but those are far outweighed by working alongside colleagues who appreciate, admire, and respect one another. That camaraderie goes a long way. <>Strong culture of loyalty, collaboration, and respect <>Real opportunities for career growth and development <>Agile, mission-driven environment with visible evolution and impact <>Supportive colleagues and mentorship opportunities SpotOn strikes a great balance between intimacy and growth. We’re nimble, determined, and constantly evolving — you can see the progress while still feeling connected to the team. Leadership gives people chances to grow and take on new responsibilities, which creates meaningful career pathways for those willing to work for them.

Cons

<> It’s still work — they pay us to manage the hard stuff. There are stressful periods and challenges like any fast-moving company so get in the game, no standing on the sidelines! <> Occasional growing pains as the company scales and lots of moving fast so you have to keep up the pace- watching and learning.

Pros

Robust benefits package that covers all the essentials: health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). They also offer an unlimited PTO policy, which is a great perk depending on how you prefer to manage your work-life balance.

Cons

Where do I begin? The product itself is unreliable and faulty, which means you are constantly dealing with angry customers. When you combine an unstable product with inept leadership, it's easy to see why the company struggles with profitability. There is zero culture here (at least in my department), and managers provide a severe lack of training. New employees are routinely thrown into situations they aren't prepared for, yet leadership wastes no time lambasting you when things go wrong. Because of this, morale is incredibly low and turnover is very high. Their internal processes are deeply flawed, and leadership has no intention of fixing them. It is simply too much work and unnecessary stress for the pay. I would stay far away from this company.
