Great industry to work in and a varied role

Senior management lacking in any vision on how to drive the company forward and sadly no accountability for some awful decisions that were made to try and grow the company over the last few years.

- First-hand experience working in sports & emerging sports betting field - Fully remote in US - Trying new ideas is strongly encouraged - Worked with a great team (though most of us were laid off recently so take that with a grain of salt)

Cons

- Stop-and-go US market growth in sports betting makes for volatile business outlook - Business growth stagnated, now layoffs taking place due to upper management failures - Promotions, raises and bonuses very hard to come by
