Senior management lacking in any vision on how to drive the company forward and sadly no accountability for some awful decisions that were made to try and grow the company over the last few years.

SSg deeply care about employee. We often have access to race tickets. Free pizza every months.

It is a very seasonal industry so the work can get really stressful at times.

Cons

Treated their staff brutally ... company wide capped salary at 2k per month during covid ... but they didnt share the profits when times were good!
