My manager and teammates are very supportive and patient, guiding me step by step until I became fully familiar with underwriting tasks. The training is excellent and helps build valuable skills. The flexible remote work setup is a huge plus since working from home saves time and reduces stress. I also appreciate that my manager trusts me with challenging cases, giving me the opportunity to think carefully and sharpen my analytical skills.
Cons
Sometimes during month-end there are a lot of applications, but everything remains manageable because the team works hand in hand to accomplish our tasks. Some processes are still manual, but they are manageable as well.
