Pros
Spring in Australia ( Syd/Mel at the minute ) offers a `Recruitment for Grown ups` working environment - not dissimilar to what you'd expect in a boutique. It's well structured for self motivated people who want to work hard/succeed/earn, and then go have a work/life balance
Cons
It's a start up in a mature market ( although backed by Adecco) so don't be expecting one of those infamous `Hot desks!`. But good IT systems and they're investing in marketing & branding
