      After you get the hang of the system, you can work ahead and have an easier time overall.

      The hours can be odd and the guests can be very frustrating, like in every service job.

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
