Not good yet not bad - Teacher Springfield International Curriculum School Employee Review

Pros

Work life balance, one class for each teacher

Cons

It's often observed that males tend to receive higher salaries than their female counterparts, despite having the same responsibilities and working hours. One justification for this is the belief that men are expected to be the primary providers for their families. But is this really the case in today's society?

Pros

Great leaders and colleagues who's willing to help and guide you. You are encourage to try many different things and take risk in carrying a lesson as a teacher Great kids, they'll greet whenever they see you and every "thank you" after the lesson is meaningful Free lunch & approximately 2 months paid holiday / year.

Cons

Huge income gap between teachers. Know the market rate of the industry before you apply as a teacher. It doesn't matter if you come with more qualification than other candidate, they'll offer you the lowest possible salary that you'll accept. Flat organisation structure (for a teacher), slower career advancement
