Pros

Work life balance, good kids, one class for each teacher

Cons

Huge gap of income number for each teacher. It's often observed that males tend to receive higher salaries than their female counterparts, despite having the same responsibilities and working hours. One justification for this is the belief that men are expected to be the primary providers for their families. But is this really the case in today's society?
