      this is one of the best companies i have ever worked for. Our Executive team is great, always going the extra mile for each employee. I have learned so much here. Everyone here is great to work with . Great working atmosphere and environment. Family owned business with a great family feel. I would recommend anyone to work here. Great company

      I really can not think of anything that would be a cons to work here. Great company to work for. If i could say one thing maybe better benefits.

      Pros

      Springwise has a nice staff in office. Very polite. Pay is decent for what is expected of.

      Cons

      Management is blood. Has poor structure for upper Management. No one seems to want to address issues with specific higher managers. Because owner doesn't want to believe it's happening.
