Pros

They allow you to work remotely, but be prepared for insane work hours because at Sprious, there is no such thing as work-life balance. There is no signing out for vacation, and you will always be attached to your phone or computer.

Cons

Narcissism lives here, especially in the CEO. Mainly because no one can do any job better than he can. The leadership team was a joke with little to no experience in actual leadership, and while they would make a point to hire experienced and knowledgable employees, they wouldn't take their advice or follow the process they were hired to put in place. Be very cautious if you are a UUS-basedemployee working for this company, at no point in time will your employment be safe, most of their US positions have been laid off and sent overseas so that they can pay $9-$15/hr instead of liveable wages for US employees, this included IT, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service. My favorite part of this company is how they spew fallacies about being ethical, which is crap. Be cautious when applying here, you will be asked to do things that may not feel ethical, and trust me, its because its not. Risk means nothing at this company.

Pros

This is a growing company that's being run well. Compensation and benefits are very fair for the region and industry. People and work environment are perfect for me. The cultural aspect is what is best overall, and the company is actively taking steps to develop its culture as it grows, extending into the greater communities its in across all global team members as well.

Cons

As a growing company, there are growing pains. Processes change very quickly, sometimes even immediately after being created and started. We take an approach to more often than not just try something, and that means sometimes things break, which can sometimes cause frustration (I also consider that a Pro, as otherwise too much time spent testing and studying can lead to inaction and lost opportunities). Startup life is not for the faint of heart nor for those who can't handle priority shifting, and at the same time also not for the impatient (especially important in sales).
