Pros

They allow work from home.

Cons

Literally everything else. Don't go to work here unless you like saying yes no matter what, stroking others egos, and being so completely untrusted that they monitor how many mouse clicks you make, and track your hours with software designed to periodically take screenshots of your computer. They have less experience than the top talent they employ but don't want to listen. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen . Quite literally the worst job I have ever had.

Worst Job I've Ever Had

Pros

They let you work from home.

Cons

Managment has no idea what they're doing. To liken the company culture to a high school environment would be disrespectful to high school students. If you're not a part of the core, founding group, or a party animal who likes to day drink at the office, don't work here! Be prepared to have Big Brother breathing down your neck and mandating how you do everything--down to how you structure your to-do list and how many mouse-clicks you make to execute a task. Management doesn't know how to manage and blames the employees for not meeting expectations they didn't communicate. It's no wonder this place has such a high turnover! They don't know what they're doing. Management is made up of a bunch of cruel imbeciles who like to pretend they know everything. This place is toxic and I wouldn't wish employment there on anyone. The open gossiping and badmouthing of coworkers/employees alone is enough to make anyone want to leave. Don't let the "unlimited time off" fool you.

Pros

They allow you to work remotely, but be prepared for insane work hours because at Sprious, there is no such thing as work-life balance. There is no signing out for vacation, and you will always be attached to your phone or computer.

Cons

Narcissism lives here, especially in the CEO. Mainly because no one can do any job better than he can. The leadership team was a joke with little to no experience in actual leadership, and while they would make a point to hire experienced and knowledgable employees, they wouldn't take their advice or follow the process they were hired to put in place. Be very cautious if you are a UUS-basedemployee working for this company, at no point in time will your employment be safe, most of their US positions have been laid off and sent overseas so that they can pay $9-$15/hr instead of liveable wages for US employees, this included IT, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service. My favorite part of this company is how they spew fallacies about being ethical, which is crap. Be cautious when applying here, you will be asked to do things that may not feel ethical, and trust me, its because its not. Risk means nothing at this company.
