      All politics, the manager has serious anger management issues, nothing is transparent, the QA is an absolute joke and the managers could care less.

      mid level people managers do care about their staff and employees and try to do their best with what they have.

      Cons

      Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
