1. Poorly managed company. The hotel is a mess and it has been a mess, still cleaning up its mess. Never ending mess. 2. Poor and constantly changing management. This is the only place you can find the upper management kept changing, never lasting more than 2 years. 3. Poor benefits. The hotel kept squeezing the staff. Not willing to pay the staff their well deserved pay. 4. Poor systems and infrastructure. Everything here other than the brand name is worst than a 3 star hotel, be it the people, system, management, quality, operation 5. Few good staff. The good quality staff can never survive in this place. On the other hand, this place you can see lots of parasites not doing anything, but shake legs and get paid high. 6. Unforgiving and nasty management. There is no space for mistakes here. 7. Politics. Departments are fighting with each other. Everyone cant seem to work well internally. The heads of departments are all crazy women. 8. Long working hours. Everyone in any departments put in so many unpaid hours, that includes office hours staff, not just shift staff. Want a work life balance here? Error not found. 9. Do not expect to learn any quality stuff from this place as things here are so messed up. If you are a fresh in the industry and looking for a place to grow and set your foundation, i certainly will not recommend you to come here.
