Pros
Very nice leadership/co-workers for the most part, not many silos so cross-departmental work was frequent but welcomed. Pay and benefits were solid. Remote flexibility was great.
Cons
On the macro level the market for Stability’s service is approaching saturation, and so it can be very difficult to convert leads when a myriad of competitors (often with much greater funding) are positioned with the ability to offer more lucrative shifts.
