Pros
The only good thing at this company is the employees below leadership. Talented, hardworking people trying to survive constant chaos created from the top. Engineering and support teams consistently carry the weight of leadership’s poor decisions.
Cons
Leadership is catastrophically unqualified. The executive team operates with arrogance, zero accountability, and shockingly poor judgment. Strategy changes weekly depending on whatever idea the top decision makers dream up that morning. There is no long-term vision, just panic-driven scrambling. Favoritism is rampant. Promotions and opportunities go to whoever flatters leadership (AKA the CEO) instead of those who actually do the work. Layoffs are handled like a spreadsheet cleanup. No transparency, no empathy, no responsibility taken. People who gave everything to the company are discarded without a second thought. Those at the highest levels routinely ignore warnings from engineers and support, then blame the teams when predictable disasters happen. Communication from the top is dismissive, condescending, and often detached from reality. Employees feel talked at, not talked to. Leadership culture is built on ego, not competence. Every major failure is followed by excuses, not introspection. Morale is destroyed because leadership treats people as interchangeable parts rather than humans who built the company’s success.
