Pros
I greatly enjoyed the family feeling around the office. I greatly appreciate the quality of care the clients receive. Things often fell through the cracks, and people began to blame one another. This was typical, and then things would go back to normal again.
Cons
Some people's need to micromanage, difficulty with people telling the truth, issues with employee talking about all other employees. Still, fun place to work.
