Pros

- employee discount - maayos kausap yung mga employees

Cons

- walang career progression and upskilling, no salary increase planned for employees - mas pinapahalagahan yung mga store employees kaysa sa head office - sobrang daming nagreresign, every week magugulat ka na lang wala na yung isang employee

Pros

Claims to have one of the best offers in the industry

Cons

During the interview, HR will tell you that the salary for probationary employees is 1 and will be raised to 2 upon regularization but this is not true. You will not get what you agreed on. Retro? No. Nothing. Company is disorganized, does not have clear structure, departments are not coordinated (chaotic workload and schedule, simultaneously launching activities, trainings, meeting per department to a point where overlapping schedules, meetings, audits and training are the norms) Hires smart people but does not listen and consider others input for improvement. They are all experts and seemed to know it all (whats the point of hiring smart people?) Managers/ department heads are unprofessional. They yell at you amd curse you like they own you and make you feel stupid. They do not know how to communicate because they don't know what they are doing. They could not give clear directions and when they give directions it changes a lot. No ever solid plan was made on meetings that last long hours. Workloads are huge. Managers let their tenured nonperformers slip and put hard pressure on those who are already working hard in order to cover the tenured nonperformers. Working conditions are hard and is not ideal for everyone to win. No work life balance AT ALL
