Discrimination Nepotism Incompetent management Sexual harassment HR people that exacerbate the above mentioned toxicity Extremely poor morale Disgruntled workforce on the verge of strike Poor maintenance of facilities creating physical hazards Travel expenses promised are never paid out Pay is once per month Zero OJT No setting of expectations.

If you want to stay in Mifflin County, then this would be a choice.

Cons

1. Decisions are not fact based. 2. Place alot of faith in certain individuals. Do not seek constructive analysis. 3. Upper Management is afraid to make decisions. 4. Invest in large capital projects with unrealistic justifications. When they don't work, the take back pay & benefits from salary and union. Usually, more from the salaried worksforce. 5. Encourage 'back stabbing.' 6. Departments work in silos; Teams are not utilized to their full potential.
