Pros
There were alot of pro's but those have all disappeared. Benefits were good, day off for your birthday, and fun people to work with.
Cons
Standen's is in the process of shutting down their distribution centers and shifting to supplying out of UAP locations. Our location was shut down. Over the last year or 2 of employment head office would constantly ghost us, wouldnt send stock that we needed. They stopped communication with our customers aswell as us. They gave us 2 days of notice that we were shutting operations and hadn't told our customers until after they had shut our location. Initially we were given 2 weeks to completely empty the warehouse which took a month and a half. Head office was also very unorganized. If you are looking at a job at one of their PDC's be aware that they will be shut down aswell in the near future
