Pros
A lot of great people work there. Mostly the people who were hired before the 'New Rageme" took over. They like to rehire people who have retired so they get a pension and a wage! Way to use our tax dollars!
Cons
No training for new positions and probation is a year long. A way to have power over your job. Don't get comfortable, if the human resource manager or your manager don't like you... Good bye job!
