Pros
Somewhat flexible schedule. The staff are great because it's very much an "all in the same boat" atmosphere.
Cons
No training a very little support from management other than them paying lip service to "knowing how large caseloads are and how much stress people are under" but doing seemingly little to alleviate the issues. They encourage sharing ideas for improvement but often shut down or simply ignore these ideas.
