Growth has been rapid which highlights some gaps in formal/documented procedure from a corporate policy perspective but active steps have been taken to fill these gaps.

I love working for Stantive. The best part about the company is definitely the people. We have an amazing team who are all "in it to win it" and definitely have each others' backs. There's a shared sense of purpose that we've created an amazing platform and we can't wait until the secret gets out in the marketplace. The CEO demonstrates his passion for the business every day and has put a strong leadership team in place.

The roller coaster ride of a small company isn't for everyone, but I sure love it.
