The line workers (I.e. non-management) were fantastic, smart, and capable.
Cons
The best thing that could happen to Stantive is that the CEO is removed from his position and no longer has anything to do with the company.
Sadly for the employees who are still there, the damage the CEO has inflicted on Stantive is done.

- Lack of transparency and extremely poor company culture
- CEO in denial about company challenges/employee turnover. Ignores people who quit/pretends they never existed and often goes MIA when challenges arise
