Work from home Pay is great

Terrible place to work. Overall just no structure at all at the corporate level. Every office operates as it's own franchise. Essentially, every office/location has it's own boss who runs the show. Depending on the location, you could get stuck with a great boss or a terrible one. I had the experience of a terrible one. I would never return to this company and it has made me picky with my job searches. I would avoid Stanton Chase at all costs, there are better search firms.
