stressful work environment due to behaviors with those serviced and not enough staff and education for employees

I have no pros to explain.

The workplace has not handled incidents of harassment or assault appropriately many times, the houses do not adequately prepare their clients for the real world (mostly because the staff hired to work there are undertrained/under-qualified), and there is minimal support to clients and staff.
