      I have no pros to explain.

      Cons

      The workplace has not handled incidents of harassment or assault appropriately many times, the houses do not adequately prepare their clients for the real world (mostly because the staff hired to work there are undertrained/under-qualified), and there is minimal support to clients and staff.

      The Manager, is a horrible micro manager, management is not fair and does not spread work load evenly throughout team. Manager is also slightly racists. Pay is absolutely horrible based on actual duties
