No trust in employees to make decisions. - Some management have superior attitude toward employees. No value for suggestions and feedback. - Some management free to make sexual comments, and rude comments about employees' weight and diet, since company has no HR. - Untested code often deployed directly to production, ruining live customer publications. - Weekly, daily shifting priorities, ever-changing feature requirements. Difficult to stay motivated, keep deadlines. - No standard work processes for any department.
