Pros

Interesting product idea I suppose (even though it started failing after the first year. There are much better similar products already out there. ) Some of the people are really nice (but they keep leaving in droves!)

Cons

Awful management Useless sales ability Product is a flop Endless (and often pointless) meetings Management has no clue what is going on

Pros

- Product seemed interesting, at first. - Nice employees, feels like a fun dysfunctional startup family.

Cons

- Strange uneasy atmosphere in the office because communication is discouraged. - Management not competent. Never on the same page even though there are only 3. - Micromanagement. No trust in employees to make decisions. - Some management have superior attitude toward employees. No value for suggestions and feedback. - Some management free to make sexual comments, and rude comments about employees' weight and diet, since company has no HR. - Untested code often deployed directly to production, ruining live customer publications. - Weekly, daily shifting priorities, ever-changing feature requirements. Difficult to stay motivated, keep deadlines. - No standard work processes for any department.
