We appreciate the feedback you have given us at Start New Financial. We apologize that you feel as if you were mislead about the compensation for the position. If you refer back to the initial job posting, you will see that there is a salary range that is listed and that is the guideline that is followed all the way through the interview process and training. It is true that we do offer a commission structure, but it is untrue that we have left our employees unpaid. If you were not compensated in some way, we are happy to discuss that with you, but we can not discuss the earning of other employees aside from yourself who have not expressed dissatisfaction. As is with any sales position, there is a higher turn over because sales is not a career that is for everyone, so we would like to apologize if it offended you that the owner stressed the need to replace those who aren't producing.
