Traffic, not much negative to say

Casual dress code is about it.

As with most organizations that have snow capped/white leadership and group think, there's implicit biased double standards with regard to the treatment and advancement of Black and Brown personnel. Very few have ever ascended to those ranks and they go along to get along as tokens and never challenge the status quo due their own internalized racial oppression to align themselves. The executive management team doesn't hold each other accountable for it's own failures, mistakes and highly unethical and deceitful behavior and practices that are deliberative within that body. So, they target mid level management to scapegoat. The inclusive culture purported is a farce unless you're white or placate for acceptance. Most of the directors don't even speak to staff in passing if they're not direct reports. It's all performative and disingenuous.
