It seems that you may be able to move up if you start in the mail room.
Cons
Management doesn't listen or take into consideration how employees feel. It seems that there are a few favored employees that get to influence what management does. They try to sweep the high turn over rate under the rug at board meetings and aren't honest as to why we are all leaving. Toxic environment and bad pay.
