Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant Stelfox Employee Review

I often think back to my Stelfox days as they were the worst days of my life from an employer point of view. It was my first job as a Recruiter with little to no leadership, just irrational patronizing threats from management in hope I brought in my monthly target. Management had no interest in their reports and had an awfully staged front to The C-Level team. My colleagues felt pressured and intimidated on a daily basis, almost fearful to walk in the door at 8am each morning. They were the worst start to my recruiting career and wouldn’t recommend anyone to step foot in their door. Luckily I had the opportunity to work in better companies after this which have luckily changed my negative perception on recruitment agencies.
