      This is disappointing to hear, however, let me give you an update of how Stelfox has evolved since 2015. We currently offer all staff an excellent learning and development programme from day one and an Employee Education Programme. We also have regular staff incentives such as high-flyer’s weekends and evening events, which help contribute to our positive work environment and company culture we have a hugely supportive and experienced team with an open door policy.       Holiday abroad, good Christmas parties - once upon a time it had good people.

      Cons

      Previous Commerical Director ruined a lot of what was good in the company, When I was there the Director was responsible for countless amount of good recruiters, managers and CEO leaving, Commerical Director eventually left but the damage was done, just shows what a bad Apple can do to a business, crazy that it took so long for the company to realise what the problem was.
