      Rewards Achievements, excellent training, focused, friendly, brilliant team building, best commission structure, CSR, great market presence with clients and competitiors

      Cons

      Because growth has been so rapid over the last 18 months more structure is needed but is something that is being worked on.

      Pros

      Holiday abroad, good Christmas parties - once upon a time it had good people.

      Cons

      Previous Commerical Director ruined a lot of what was good in the company, When I was there the Director was responsible for countless amount of good recruiters, managers and CEO leaving, Commerical Director eventually left but the damage was done, just shows what a bad Apple can do to a business, crazy that it took so long for the company to realise what the problem was.
