Pros
The people doing all of the work are great to work with and are dedicated to TRYING to move Stellar forward.
Cons
The executives and upper management are terrible! They ask you to do more than what you are hired to do (e.g., doing other jobs not a part of your JD) and are stingy with the resources to help you be successful. The people in leadership roles are not qualified for their jobs but were given them because they were part of one of the two legacy banks.
