Pros

Depending on who you work for, Legacy Allegiance is far superior. Their pay was great to me. I've heard community isn't great as far as pay goes.

Cons

Before the merger things were FAR better. Once Community Bank of Texas came in, it took 2 steps back in the company.

Pros

The people doing all of the work are great to work with and are dedicated to TRYING to move Stellar forward.

Cons

The executives and upper management are terrible! They ask you to do more than what you are hired to do (e.g., doing other jobs not a part of your JD) and are stingy with the resources to help you be successful. The people in leadership roles are not qualified for their jobs but were given them because they were part of one of the two legacy banks.
