Pros
The benefits here are out of this world. HR hosts open zoom meetings every week and has open communication lines for any questions you have. They promote and move internally before reaching out to outside applicants. If you can be flexible and have patience with schedules, you can work hard and move up or around. The manager in the calendar department is the best manager I’ve ever had and isn’t afraid to do the work with you. She and the team leads will problem solve with you. No one is too important or too high up to communicate with. The responsibilities change but there are clear updates when this happens.
Cons
In my department particularly, it’s noticeable that there aren’t many expectations placed or set with the firms. This does lead to some more hiccups than there are in other companies within this industry.
