Thanks to this authentic, no-nonsense approach, the working atmosphere is warm, respectful and happy. You feel motivated to do your best, and even when things don’t go perfectly, you know you can rely on both colleagues and management. I especially appreciated the coherence and sense of responsibility the owners displayed in the face of some recent hardships. Company culture comes from higher management and, in this case, it’s a great culture.
