The idea behind the product was good a few years ago (likely not anymore). Good software engineering team.

Differently from the plethora of companies that use (and abuse) words such as “empathy” and “respect” for pure branding purposes, people at Stenon actually put those concepts into practice, quietly and without much fanfare. Thanks to this authentic, no-nonsense approach, the working atmosphere is warm, respectful and happy. You feel motivated to do your best, and even when things don’t go perfectly, you know you can rely on both colleagues and management. I especially appreciated the coherence and sense of responsibility the owners displayed in the face of some recent hardships. Company culture comes from higher management and, in this case, it’s a great culture.
