The end of year goal is almost impossible to hit... and if you don't hit it they still increase it. and they do not GIVE increases on salaries EVER.. So they under pay you and leave you there until you LEAVE. So good luck getting a raise...
The managers are HELICOPTERS.. they make you fill out stupid reports
The culture is very forced and HR does nothing about situations... NOTHING
The managers play favorites and if you aren't a favorite...good luck.
This company is super old fashioned and will make you work like a dog and will not appreciate you at all. They will make you feel guilty for not coming in on the weekends and staying late.
