If not, get ready for some absolute micro management, lack of communication on the daily and have to deal with vendors looking to get paid, as a Senior Manager half of my phone calls were apologizing to debt collectors seeking their money. Expenses aren't paid on time and HR is run by someone with 0 yrs experience in that field. Felt sorry for my Managers and my team, truly don't apply here, you will be unhappy almost immediately.
