Too many uneducated and underdeveloped managers. They have absolutely no business being manager. They are only concerned with getting the accolades and they are starving for the approval of the owner. Like children starved for attention so much so that They could care less about frontline employees or anyone else , constantly throwing others under the bus. It's awful to go to work with people who are just looking to stab you in the back. Narcissistic personality disorder is found more commonly in men. Symptoms include an excessive need for admiration, disregard for others' feelings, an inability to handle any criticism, and a sense of entitlement. sound familiar?

Stiiizy is the worst company that I every worked for. Stiiizy has a a very high turnover rate and people do not last at this company, while I was working there we had talented people come and tried hard to change the mistakes but they left because of all the ignorance. One thing that was big at Stiiizy was quid pro quo, managers were having relationships with the subordinates.
