Cons
Not a good place to work, okay for short term but then you need to move on. There is no diversity in management. Many managers have a very high opinion of themselves and treat others as if they are beneath them. You can’t apply for positions. Hard work does not pay off. Only certain handpicked people are promoted. Nothing but favoritism. Inadequate management. They use temps and get rid of them and there is an extremely high turnover. Pay raises are basically non existent. Empty promises. Constantly changing shift times several times per year with no notices. Start 2nd and 3rd shifts and then end them within a few months and then months later wash rinse repeat. They used to have weekly raffles and they took that away. They don’t care about the employees. No HR onsite.
