Fake culture - Stylist Stitch Fix Employee Review

I have been a PT Stylist for over 3 years. While this is a "flexible" work from home position, you really need to find the time to work between late morning and early evening if you want to find any inventory worth sending to clients so that your metrics won't tank. While the warehouses are shut down, nothing new is coming in and inventory has been tight for over a year now with upper management telling us that it is not. While my metrics are consistently high and have even been told best on the team I am paid less than other stylists due to our zip code related "market pay". After one year and making senior stylist, you will never get another raise other than market based. So a stylist in a bigger city, who's only been with the company for a short time and possibly with terrible metrics, can make more money that a tenured stylist in a less populated area with great metrics. There are no commissions, no bonuses, and they celebrate your work milestones with a small credit to spend on SF swag and a pin. Yes a pin. The culture is very fake. They ask for feedback but they only want to hear positive feedback. If you don't have something positive to say you are told you are going against company values. Even when they are announcing bad news: ie slashing our PT sick time benefits, slashing our maternity leave, they present it in a way that it sounds like good news and so many sheep believe it! Not realizing that they are actually losing something. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth, they no longer hire FT stylists so that they can keep paying the PT stylists min pay and no benefits. This company has changed for the worse since going public and I don't see it getting any better any time soon. Stylists have been asking for a 10 hour workweek since I started and they bring it up in every call and then give an excuse on why they're never going to give it. They also have a laundry list of excuses on why we shouldn't receive merit based raises or commissions.
