Pros
Non at this time. Once the company has gone IPO everything has changed, treating employees like sweetshop employees while management and CEO prosper.
Cons
Employees are treated like sweetshop employees. There is absolutely no transparency with this company. There are constant changes and little to no consistency. They will never give pay increases and will find ways to take benefits away. The "flexibility" that's promised is BS. They have had multiple departments layoffs during the pandemic. However, they have created new departments and make employees reapply to try and keep their jobs. Cutting hours one week and adding hours the next, it's a roller coaster. Wondering if you're going to have a job or the hours to keep our bills paid. Now they have made it mandatory to stay at your computer your entire shift with no flexibility to pick up my child from school, go to the doctor. They stated if you can not follow this, here are instructions on how to resign.
